1. How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders received before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) will be processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
The regular delivery time is 7-9 business days after dispatch.
2. How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can check the current status of your delivery at any time on our tracking page.

3. My package hasn't arrived after 9 working days – what now?
Please check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation first.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs or high shipping volumes.
If your package has not arrived after 9 working days (excluding weekends), contact us – we will take care of it.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after shipping.
5. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
We're sorry! Please email us a photo of the affected product, and we'll immediately find a suitable solution—whether it's a replacement, refund, or exchange.

If you would like to change your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
